Wallowa Valley Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
established over 30 years ago. It continues today to help promote the
visual and performing arts in Wallowa County and surrounding areas. We sponsor events which include: The Festival of Arts, Missoula Children’s Theatre, Youth Arts Festival, Wallowa County Cultural Trust Coalition, Artists in the Schools Project and Arts & Wallowa Mountain Quilter's Guild.

The following events are financed and supported by WVAC:

• Jurying Rotating Art on Main Street Joseph

WVFA hosts a night of “Quick Draw”. This event is available to the public.

The first weekend in June, the "WALLOWA VALLEY FESTIVAL OF ARTS" is held at Joseph Community Center. There is a $25 charge for Friday night, which includes a free commemorative wine glass, hors d'oeuvres, wine, music and viewing great art.
