The Festival is open to the public Friday, June 5, 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.;
Saturday, June 6, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Sunday, June 7, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Artists receive a ticket to Friday's "Opening Night Reception"; the general public pays $25.00 admission. All events Saturday and Sunday are free.

ARTISTS RECEPTION: An "Opening Night Reception" to honor participating artists is held Friday, June 5, 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. The award winning artists will be announced, and this year's jurors and the featured artist will be introduced. Hors d'oeuvres, wine and other beverages will be served, and each attendee will receive a beautiful hand-painted wine glass and a chance to win one of 3 great door prizes. Artists receive one entry ticket with application and are encouraged to order any additional entry tickets. The public may purchase tickets at "The Bookloft" 107 E. Main, Enterprise, Oregon or "Second Harvest Books" in Joseph or contact Mike Koloski.

SILENT AUCTION: A "Silent Art Auction" is held throughout the Festival.
Artists whose work is entered in the Festival are invited to contribute a work to the auction. These works will be prominently displayed, and the donors will be given additional recognition. All funds generated are used to support Festival events and marketing. A cash award will be given for "Best Donated Auction Piece." A donation is not required as terms of acceptance into the Festival.

This art show features local and national artists, working in all types of media. Silent auctions are held for some of the works. The Friday night reception includes for every ticket holder their very own personal hand painted wine glass, live entertainment, and interaction with all the artists who are present.
