Art that receives an award will be photographed. These photographs may accompany articles in newspapers and magazines that promote the Art Festival. They may also appear in

brochures and flyers and on the Art Council web pages for the same purpose. The size of photos will not exceed three inches when printed or three inches at 100 pixels per inch

when displayed on the Art Festival web page. Under no circumstances will a photo be provided to a third party for any purpose other than promoting the Art Festival through print or

inclusion on a web site, and neither the Art Festival nor any third party will receive compensation for such use of a photo of an award winning piece of art. An artist may, without

prejudice, notify the Art Festival that his or her art, should it win an award, may not be photographed. Such notice must be sent to carolyn.2.gilbert@gmail.com or Valley Wallowa
